The Outlet Collection Winnipeg celebrates the industrial history of the prairie city of Winnipeg and we were especially inspired by the proximity to the Royal Canadian Mint where all Canadian coins are manufactured. Industrial punched metal sheets line the corridor ceiling with reference to the nearby junction of the Assiniboine and Red Rivers at either end reminiscent of Winnipeg’s origins as a trading centre.
