A desire to connect with their clients was the driving force behind the multi-disciplinary design team to develop a branded experience to re-engage customers at every level of the retail banking experience and attract and retain both employees and customers. A kit of parts was developed by the team for the branches that would increase productivity, maximize space efficiency and flexibility. Office, conference and teller modules were developed to be interchangeable with one another to be able to adapt to the fluctuating needs of the branches. Modular furniture and wall solutions were used throughout to promote sustainability and provide the utmost flexibility for the end user. Designed with The Karo Group.
